Entrepreneurs in Residence

The INSEAD Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) programme connects experienced entrepreneurs with MBA students in a personalized, one-on-one setting to discuss entrepreneurial topics of the students’ choosing. Our EiRs – many of whom are INSEAD alumni – volunteer their time on campus to share their expertise and provide students with direct feedback on entrepreneurial topics in all stages of the entrepreneurship journey. Whether the MBA students plan to create a new venture or are actively working in ventures while pursuing their studies, the EiR programme gives them access to experts who can help them refine their questions on the path to better answers, provide insight and work with them to solve problems.

We currently have over 100 entrepreneurs across both campuses who cover a wide range of domains and industries. Recently, we have begun a pilot programme to allow students to meet EiRs via Skype, thereby expanding our EiR network to include entrepreneurs from all over the globe.

How it works: INSEAD MBA students regularly receive email notifications about upcoming EiR sessions and can sign up for meetings through our EiR dashboard. Be sure to check your email for your unique link to register! Students are welcome to sign up for sessions as often as they wish, on a first come, first served basis.
